Your keys

You will receive two sets of keys, two keys each: one for the building's main door and a coloured one for the apartment. The apartment key only turns in the vertical position.

The door, from inside

To open, turn the key to the left and pull the door inwards. To lock, turn the handle to the right.

If the power goes out

Open the first white door by the entrance and check the panel: every breaker up, and the black button at the bottom left pushed in. Please let Mafalda know if it happens.

Unit 1 · Entrance hall

Serves the living room and the bedroom by the entrance. The controller is kept in the hall.

Unit 2 · Last bedroom

Serves both corridor bedrooms. The controller is kept inside that bedroom.

Wi-Fi

Look for the network LISBOA-5G and enter the password welcomelisboa.

Cable TV

Turn the screen on with its remote and open the lower door of the TV stand. Choose channels with the MEO remote — there is plenty in Portuguese, English, French, German and Spanish, plus children's channels.

Music

The LG hi-fi plays CD, radio, USB or Bluetooth. Turn it on with the small LG remote and press FUNCTION to choose. For your own music, press FUNCTION, choose BT, then pair your phone with LGCM2460.

Washing machine

1. Load the clothes
2. Detergent goes in the drum with the clothes (liquid in the left drawer)
3. Press ON
4. Turn the big dial right to “Roupa Desportiva”
5. Press “Centrifugação” up to 1200
6. Press “Temperatura” and choose
7. Press START ▶I

Dryer

1. Load the clothes and close the door
2. Turn the big dial to the programme that suits the load
3. In the “My Selection” menu press ▶I
4. At the end, empty the water tank set into the door
5. Clean the filter next to the drum

Dishwasher

1. The tablet goes inside the front door, on the left
2. Choose the eco programme with the buttons on the right
3. Press ON

Before you leave

• Leave the dishes washed and check every tap is properly closed
• Switch off the air conditioning, the lights and the TV
• Leave both key sets on the dining table
• Drop the rubbish in the ground-floor container — the door on your right as you step out of the lift
• Pull the apartment door firmly shut

While you are here

• Quiet hours from 22h30 to 08h00, out of respect for the neighbours
• No smoking
• Please don't leave the bath towels on the floor
• Please don't flush sanitary towels
• Leave the house much as you found it
• Relax and enjoy a comfortable, pleasant stay
